Inspired by a cement-loaded truck en route to buy shoes, the founder, Wendren, wondered if it was possible to create a bag as durable as a pair of shoes from cement paper packaging. She experimented and this led to the development of ProtectPaper™ a durable and versatile material that now forms the core of all WREN products.
